The JIB DREAM FANMEET has become one of the most exciting spaces for European BL fans – a rare chance to meet their favourite actors in an intimate, accessible setting. For many, events like this are the only opportunity to see Thai stars without travelling halfway across the world, and the atmosphere is always wonderfully warm and family-like.
This year’s edition feels particularly special not only because it will welcome a few BL pairs, but also because it will be Pooh and Pavel’s (also known as PoohPavel or PavelPooh) first official European appearance together, arriving at a moment when their careers are expanding rapidly. Pit Babe has brought them global recognition, and the upcoming Goddess Bless You From Death introduces an entirely new dimension to their creative range. Bringing them to Rome, a central and welcoming location for fans across Europe, allows audiences to celebrate that growth up close and witness the personalities behind the characters that have impressed so many.
Pooh and Pavel’s success comes from the way they approach their work. Whether they’re building Charlie and Babe’s intense chemistry on the racetrack or stepping into the darker, suspenseful world of Goddess Bless You From Death, they bring sincerity and a clear desire to grow with every role.
Their years of working together have created a natural bond that clearly strengthens their performances. Recently, ahead of their fan meet in Italy, we spoke with Pooh and Pavel about their roles in Pit Babe and Goddess Bless You From Death, as well as their thoughts on travelling to Rome.
Going to Rome is very exciting because I’ve never been there before. I hope to bring happiness to the fans and look forward to experiencing the local culture. – POOH

View of the Arts: I would like to start our conversation by chatting about Pit Babe. Pooh, Charlie’s dream of becoming a race car driver is so ambitious, yet he doesn’t even have a car of his own. How did you approach playing someone with such determination but also vulnerability?
Pooh: Charlie is a character who is determined and fights hard for his dreams. This aligns with me personally, as I love to win and want to accomplish whatever I set out to do. In terms of weakness, Charlie has confidence and courage, but he also has vulnerable sides.
View of the Arts: Babe is the king of the raceway, but he makes an unexpected decision to help Charlie. Pavel, what drew you most to portraying a character with that mix of power and generosity?
Pavel: I think in the first episode, when Babe decided to help Charlie, it was mostly about attraction – you know, an intimate thing, for sex and all that. He didn’t really think much; he just thought Charlie was a cute guy, that’s about it. But later, Charlie made him feel special – he’s different from other Alphas who don’t have any scent and stuff. So yes, it was good and fun to play something so fantasy-like. I’ve never done anything like this before in my acting career. It’s really different from what I’ve done in the past. And I think having that mix of power and generosity is actually a really nice trait – it makes the character unique.
View of the Arts: Pooh, your chemistry with Pavel’s character, Babe, is central to the story. What was the most challenging or surprising part about building that dynamic on set?
Pooh: The chemistry between Charlie and Babe was new because we had never worked together before. Charlie had to borrow a car to apply for the team, so he had to persuade Babe to lend it. That really showed Charlie’s desire at the start of the story.
View of the Arts: How did you personally prepare for Babe’s racing persona – did you do any training or research to capture that intensity and style, Pavel?
Pavel: I did a lot of training and studied everything about racing and motorsport. I already had an interest in this field, so that helped a lot. Experiencing the racing environment firsthand made it even more exciting to play this character.
View of the Arts: Goddess Bless You From Death, your upcoming project, brings you into the world of supernatural crime-solving, with Singha and Thup investigating murder cases while dealing with ghosts. Pooh, without spoiling the series, what excites you most about stepping into such a unique genre?
Pooh: The ghost stories were the most exciting part. I’m normally afraid of ghosts, so taking part in this project – with realistic effects and makeup – was quite an experience. Some scenes were filmed in real locations, like New World Mall, which made it even more haunting. I’m grateful to have completed all 36 shooting days and can’t wait for everyone to watch.
View of the Arts: Pavel, what excites you about this supernatural genre?
Pavel: It’s such an amazing experience. I’ve never acted in this kind of genre before. The investigating scenes really pushed me to sharpen my acting and engage deeply with the script. It’s been a lot of training, but I hope fans enjoy the result.
View of the Arts: How different are Singha and Thup compared to Charlie and Babe, and what new sides of yourselves will fans get to see through this series, Pooh?
Pooh: Thup is calm, like a temple boy, and uses his wit to navigate situations more than Charlie does. He’s also a bit mischievous, whereas Charlie is more like a little puppy following Babe around. Chemistry-wise, Thup and Singha are cute and sweet, while Charlie and Babe’s relationship is spicier.
View of the Arts: Pavel?
Pavel: Singha is very different from Babe. Babe is confident and dominant as a racer, while Singha is a determined, hard-working policeman who leads the team to investigate and find the truth. It’s a more disciplined, leadership-focused role.
it’s our first time in Europe. I’m looking forward to exploring the city, enjoying the fan meeting, and just taking photos and experiencing everything with the fans. – PAVEL
View of the Arts: You’ll soon meet your fans in Rome for the JIB Fanmeet. Pooh, how does it feel to connect with international fans in such a personal way?
Pooh: Going to Rome is very exciting because I’ve never been there before. I hope to bring happiness to the fans and look forward to experiencing the local culture.
View of the Arts: Pavel, same question to you.
Pavel: It’s amazing because it’s our first time in Europe. I’m looking forward to exploring the city, enjoying the fan meeting, and just taking photos and experiencing everything with the fans.
View of the Arts: You’ve spent so much time working closely on Pit Babe. Pooh, were there any funny or unforgettable moments on set for you?
Pooh: The most memorable moments were driving the race cars. Being on the track, sitting in real cars, driving – it was such a fun, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
View of the Arts: Pavel?
Pavel: All the little jokes and passing time with our group of about 13 friends were hilarious. Especially Michael, who always said something funny – it made filming so enjoyable.
View of the Arts: How has working together on this project and the upcoming one strengthened your friendship or changed the way you see each other as actors and people, Pooh?
Pooh: P’Pavel and I have worked together for up to three years, and we feel very close. Acting with talented senior actors was also a new experience, and I’m grateful for everything I learned.
View of the Arts: Pavel?
Pavel: Pit Babe 1 and 2, and Goddess Bless You From Death, really brought us close. From filming to fan meetings, we went through so much together. It strengthened our bond and gave us a deep appreciation for each other’s skills and hearts.
