Well done, intro. Kim Jonghyeon is really the hidden gem. He’s very low-key, he is from small agency, so not many Kpop fans nowadays realize about his solo career. As people tend to be more attracted toward the loudest and shiniest things in world. Yet here he is still standing strong, quietly working his best with every comeback and we cherish that so much.

What’s nice from Jonghyeon album concepts are they tell stories from his life so they have personal touch and relatable aspect. He says in interview with Newsen that’s the aspect he pays attention the most too when creating songs.

If his first mini album MERIDIEM tells about his turning point to a new beginning of his solo career, in Brilliant Seasons he shares about how he lives his life in the midst of facing challenges and how he sees that everything he went through, bad or good, will eventually turn his life brilliant in the end. He’s really a great inspiring artist with positive vibe.

I really enjoy your review. It was a great explanation 🙂
Thank you. I wish you brilliant seasons too this year.
