Kang Hyung-gu, better known by his stage name KINO, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, rapper, dancer, and multi-talented creative force. Best known as a member of PENTAGON, the artist has spent years perfecting his choreography and vocals, earning a reputation as the group’s dance master and a versatile musical storyteller. Beyond the group, he releases solo tracks under the name Knnovation and collaborates with the musical collective M.O.L.A as well.

KINO’s solo journey began with his single album Pose in 2022, followed by Fashion Style in January 2024 and Freaky Love in March. His first full solo EP, If This Is Love, I Want a Refund, dropped in May 2024, featuring the single Broke My Heart with American singer Lay Bankz.

With PENTAGON, he contributed to hits like Violet, Die For You, and Beautiful Goodbye, defining the group’s sound as a songwriter, producer, and choreographer. Each release shows KINO’s talent for combining catchy hooks, thoughtful lyrics, and great arrangements across pop, R&B, and electronic textures.

In 2026, Kino takes his music worldwide with the FREE KINO World Tour, performing across Europe, including Frankfurt, Berlin, Paris, and London. He will also tour in Asia, with stops in Singapore and Taipei, and in April, he will visit the US.

Following his latest album, EVERYBODY’S GUILTY, BUT NO ONE’S TO BLAME, KINO offers unapologetic self-expression that challenges listeners to confront their own truths and embrace their complexities. Now, we can only imagine the power of experiencing this album live.
