Have you ever wished you could step into the world of monsters, angels, and the legendary Winchester brothers? Well, now’s your chance – the legendary TV show Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester might be fictional, but thanks to the next Jus In Bello (JIB) convention, you could meet the actors behind them, and hear stories straight from the source.
From 24 to 26 April 2026, the elegantly modern Hilton Rome Airport Hotel will transform into a haven for fans of the supernatural. The event: JIB 16 – Supernatural Convention, a special chance to celebrate one of TV’s most enduring shows.
Why “Supernatural” Still Means So Much
First aired in 2005, Supernatural ran for 15 seasons, a great achievement for any television series. In those years, it introduced us to the Winchester brothers: Sam and Dean, two hunters determined to protect humanity from demons, monsters, and worse. More than just horror and action, the show combined dark drama, humour, heart-warming brotherhood, and occasional meta moments that acknowledged the fandom itself. Even though the final episode aired years ago, the show’s legacy lives on through a fiercely loyal fanbase.
What keeps fans coming back? It’s the unique mix of genre – horror, fantasy, and, obviously, drama – plus the tight bond between characters, the thrill of monster-hunting episodes, and a sense of belonging to something bigger: the SPN Family. Many fans say they binge the series over and over; some have found comfort, inspiration, even friendship through it. As one fan wrote recently on Reddit:
“I can sit here and binge through “Supernatural” all seasons months in a row and not care.” Reddit
JIB 16: Meet the Stars Behind the Legends
JIB 16 promises to bring a stellar lineup of confirmed guests from the Supernatural universe:
Jensen Ackles – Dean Winchester
Jared Padalecki – Sam Winchester
Misha Collins – beloved angel Castiel
Richard Speight, Jr.
Rob Benedict
Jason Manns
And the latest addition to the fabulous guest list is the one and only Mark Sheppard – and with Jus in Bello teasing even more surprises, rumours suggest additional names may be announced soon.
This means fans will finally have the opportunity to ask the questions they’ve always wondered about: behind-the-scenes secrets, firsthand memories of filming, and possibly even autograph or photo ops (depending on your pass type).
Where & How to Join the Magic
As mentioned, the event takes place at Hilton Rome Airport Hotel – a convenient venue only 12 minutes from the airport, ideal for both local and international fans.
You don’t need to book a hotel room to attend, but organisers recommend it: many of the late-night fan events wrap up late – staying on-site or nearby makes things far easier. Hotel rooms are available at discounted rates for JIB attendees.
Tickets for JIB 16 are already available – grab them while they last. Passes give you access to fan meetings, Q&A sessions, and possibly autographs or photos – a rare chance to catch up with some of the most beloved figures in supernatural TV history.
Why JIB 16 Is Worth the Trip
Even more than a convention, JIB 16 is a reunion and a moment for fans to come together and relish what made Supernatural so special. For many, it’s not only about meeting the stars; it’s also about reconnecting with the fandom, sharing their memories, laughter, and maybe a few tears. It’s a chance to feel part of that SPN Family again, and to celebrate the stories of the Winchesters – their battles, their heartbreaks, their brotherhood, and their legacy.
So if you’ve ever felt the pull of that dark-and-magical world, or if you’ve watched the Winchesters fight demons, angels, and fate itself, mark your calendar: 24–26 April 2026, Rome – JIB 16 awaits.
