There is no denying that new K-pop acts debut with remarkable frequency, and creating your own identity as a rookie is not an easy task. Yet from the very beginning, 82MAJOR, comprising Seongil, Yechan, Seongmo, Seongbin, Seokjoon, and Dogyun, has shown a rare creative ambition; each release is different and increasingly musically ambitious. Watching their growth from debut to their first European tour has not only been exciting but also genuinely impressive.
From the outset, there has been something unmistakably confident about 82MAJOR; they debuted with a distinctive musical direction. Their discography embraces dynamic production choices – not necessarily typical of K-pop – and they consistently release music that is, at times, daring. Their artistic potential is significant, and with the right direction, they will reach the top of that success pyramid.
Following their North American tour, the group brought that same energy to Europe with BEBEOM: BE THE TIGER Tour, performing to packed venues across France, Germany, and the Netherlands before arriving in London for a show at EartH Hall. By the time they reached the UK stage, the space was filled from wall to wall with fans, and it was amazing to see how 82MAJOR drew such a crowd.

The show opened with “Heroes (영웅호걸)” from their 2025 mini album SILENCE SYNDROME. The transition into “Passport” was great, presenting the group’s vocal and rap delivery from the start. I must say that the crowd’s reaction was ear-splitting – so much so that it became almost overwhelming, a great evidence of the group’s capability to thrill a room within moments. With their first ment, Yechan’s words – expressing how special it was to perform in London for the first time and his hope that fans would enjoy the night – brought warmth to one’s heart.

As the set moved on, songs like “Gossip,” “Thorns (가시밭길도 괜찮아),” and “Stuck” emphasised the group’s versatility yet again. There is a looseness to their stage presence, almost as if you are watching a group of brothers celebrating music together rather than executing a rigid performance. Yet beneath that relaxed energy lies impressive technical work – particularly in their choreography, which remained synchronised throughout.
“Choke (촉)” and “Illegal” really showed how well they mix powerful performances with good music, while “Suspicious (의심스러워)” added a different vibe that kept things interesting. Everything flowed smoothly from one song to the next – okay, maybe there were one or two hiccups along the way – but the energy never dropped, keeping the crowd hooked the whole time. I love how they brought out the young in me; I felt like a teenager back at one of those cool 2000s concerts – vibing and completely lost in the moment.

Yechan’s introduction to a ‘sweeter’ section of the show with “Say More” allowed the group to explore a more melodic side without losing the edge. The “Face Time” rap delivery remained as good as in the previously performed songs; it was well-controlled and delivered with a confidence that belies their rookie status. “Trophy” and the blazing “Takeover (불봐)” kicked the energy right back up, and from that point on, it honestly was more of a rave than a concert. The DJ set took things to another level, with the rappers stepping forward and completely owning the stage. Their confidence was impossible to ignore, and the crowd was right there with them from start to finish. The “Trophy” remix and “Squad (무리)” tracks were full of attitude, superb delivery, and proof that they can switch things up while still staying totally in control.

“Need That Bass” was a real turning point in the night. As Yechan playfully warned the audience not to ‘hyperventilate,’ the track delivered exactly the kind of overwhelming energy he promised.
The night took a more touching turn during Seongil’s 22nd birthday celebration. It brought a sweet, personal touch to the show and reminded everyone that, beyond the performances, these are just young guys sharing special moments with their fans. “Birthday” and “Sure Thing” kept that warm, feel-good energy right through.
The encore changed the tone once again, with the members returning in simple tour T-shirts, bringing a more spontaneous, ‘just us chilling’ vibe. “Noona,” “Mine,” and “82,” with the latter blasting through the stage like a rap cypher on espresso, showing just how naturally 82MAJOR fits the hip-hop style; and yes, the crowd was sweating just as much as the stage lights.

By the end of the night, the group reflected on the significance of their first European tour, expressing gratitude and love for the fans. Closing with “Promise You,” 82MAJOR gave the show a feeling that this is just the beginning. The instrumental reprise let fans soak in the moment, and maybe catch their breath.

82MAJOR’s natural growth and actual talent show that they have the potential for a long, enduring career. With so much love in Europe, they delivered something truly great, proving their music reaches far beyond their home base. There’s still a long road ahead, but if they keep this pace, there’s every reason to believe they’ll reach the heights they aim for.
All in all, 82MAJOR delivered a superb show. Now, all we can do is wait – hopefully not too long – for their return. Next year? The year after? Fingers crossed it’s sooner rather than later.
